How do I sign in to Rachna?
With your Asemita account: enter your mobile number and the code we text you. It is the same account you use for Daybook, Bhandar and the Asemita app.
Do the people filling in my form need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can open the form on their phone or computer and send their answers.
How do I get my responses into Excel?
Open the form's responses and choose Export. You can download every answer as CSV or as an Excel file at any time.
Where do files people upload go?
Into Files, in a folder for the form and one for each response. Open, download, move or rename them there.
How much can I store?
Your storage is shared across your Asemita apps. The side menu shows how much you have used; you can get more room from your Asemita account.
